2000
Under the leadership of Thiago Bacchin, we were born as a search engine marketing agency, pioneering sponsored links and SEO in Latin America.


2002
Launch of the brand that defined the company's first decade, with the positioning "Search Engines Promotion."

2005
Established as a reference in paid search and SEO, we began our expansion process by opening an office in São Paulo, Brazil.

2008
We began the process of evolving into a more comprehensive business model, starting to offer consulting services in various digital marketing disciplines.

2010
Launch of the DBG (Digital Branding Group) holding by Cadastra's partners and the legal restructuring of Cadastra as part of the holding.
2012
With the expansion of our portfolio and after an internal restructuring, we positioned ourselves as a performance agency.


2016
Launch of Adtail, a performance agency focused on SMB clients.

2018
In a major business transformation, Cadastra began offering a much broader range of services, including technology, data, and strategy.

2019
Launch of the new brand and Cadastra's repositioning in the market as a company offering technology, marketing, data, and strategy services.


2021
We doubled the revenue from our international operations, which began with projects in Latin America and expanded by acquiring clients in the United States and Europe.

2022
Acquisition of the A7B agency, integrated into Adtail; M3 Commerce, a reference in Vtex and e-commerce; and Digital Ethos, a renowned digital marketing agency in the UK. Launch of the strategic positioning "Next Gen Services."

2023
We acquired Qexpert, a consultancy specializing in data and analytics based in Curitiba, Brazil.
2024
Acquisition of Maeztra, another leading company in the e-commerce and Vtex ecosystem, positioning Cadastra as a leader in e-commerce in Latin America. DBG ceases to exist as a holding brand, and Cadastra becomes the parent brand of the group.

2025
As the leading specialist in Latin America in technology services applied to marketing, we launched our new slogan, "Come grow with us," inviting clients, partners, and employees to achieve better results with Cadastra.
