Women leadership at Cadastra: a path of growth and innovation
With 60% of leadership composed of women, Cadastra strengthens female representation in digital. Discover inspiring journeys and see how our culture drives careers.
Cadastra is living proof that female leadership in the digital space is a reality that’s here to stay. With 57% of our team made up of women and 60% of our leadership being female, we are shaping a more diverse and innovative future. More than just numbers, these are growth stories, like those of Nathália Dalla Corte and Débora Sabidussi, which show how Cadastra’s culture fosters talent and transforms careers.
An ecosystem that empowers women in leadership
At Cadastra, we not only value the presence of women in the digital space, but we also create real opportunities for them to thrive. Our 25+ years of journey have been based on sustainable growth and the belief that diversity leads to better results. As a reflection of this, Débora and Nathália have taken inspiring paths within the company, now holding strategic positions as Vice Presidents and partners.

Débora Sabidussi: growing with Cadastra
Débora Sabidussi joined Cadastra in 2005, when digital marketing was still in its infancy in Brazil. Since then, the company has grown exponentially, and she has grown alongside it, taking on the role of VP of Performance & Data in 2020. Today, she leads more than 300 professionals and is responsible for areas like CRM, SEO, CRO, and Analytics.
“Digital changes every day, and Cadastra has always known how to balance technology, strategy, and human talent. This makes all the difference for those who want to build a career with impact in the industry,” she says.

Nathália Dalla Corte: from intern to VP of Business & Strategy
Five years after Débora joined, Nathália Dalla Corte began her journey at Cadastra. Interestingly, she was hired as an intern by Débora herself and, over the years, helped shape the company’s market positioning. Today, as VP of Business & Strategy, she leads over 90 professionals and manages relationships with major clients.
"Cadastra gave me the right environment to grow, learn, and innovate. Our work model is dynamic and results-driven, always investing in talent development," Nathália emphasizes.
Cadastra’s role in shaping female leaders
While the digital market still presents challenges for women, Cadastra positions itself as a space where competence and talent speak louder.
“Creating a balanced environment requires a real commitment from leadership. When there’s a conscious effort to build diverse teams, the impact on performance and innovation is immediate,” says Débora.
In Nathália’s view, Cadastra’s differentiator lies in its culture of continuous learning.
“Our commitment is to develop leaders who are prepared for the future, regardless of gender. The pace of digital demands professionals who can adapt and innovate constantly.”
More than a market, a mission
At Cadastra, we believe that increasing female representation in digital leadership is more than a trend: it’s a necessity to drive innovation and create a more balanced market.
