At Cadastra, building a diverse, inclusive, and sustainable work environment goes beyond words — it translates into concrete actions. One example is the Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability Leagues, groups formed by volunteer employees committed to promoting positive change and fostering internal awareness.

Through regular meetings, these groups organize internal actions, develop educational materials, and host debates, always with the goal of creating a more informed, respectful, and innovative environment.

Sustainability League

The Sustainability League aims to encourage discussions on sustainable practices and the importance of adopting conscious behaviors both in and outside of the workplace. Through announcements and educational materials, the League spreads information that helps build a culture of environmental responsibility and social innovation.

Key actions taken:

  • World Environment Day 2024: created content about the climate crisis and flooding in Rio Grande do Sul, raising awareness about the urgency of the issue;
  • Waste Management Training: discussed Brazil's solid waste scenario and provided practical guidelines for reducing pollution;
  • Cadastra Bazaar: promoted item exchange and reuse, reinforcing the importance of conscious consumption;

Diversity & Inclusion League

Focusing on diversity and inclusion, the Diversity & Inclusion League promotes discussions on racial diversity, gender identity, sexual orientation, inclusion of people with disabilities, and other topics. The group also works to spread information that helps create a welcoming, prejudice-free work environment.

Key actions taken:

  • Trans Visibility Day 2025: chat with Juliane Vezzani, model, influencer, and speaker, sharing her journey and challenges;
  • International Women’s Day: communication campaign with book, film, and series recommendations by women, encouraging consumption of these productions;
  • Pride Day 2024: held the Queermesse at Cadastra’s offices, featuring cultural activities like Drag Bingo, along with setting up the Pride Room to promote reflections on prejudice and inclusion;
  • Black Women’s Month: conversation circle with Black female leaders, discussing representation and challenges faced;
  • International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2024: talk with Marcelo Lofi, educator and visually impaired athlete, about accessibility and social inclusion.

Joint initiatives

Ongoing projects are also part of the Leagues’ work, such as the Leagues' Newsletter, launched in the second half of 2024. Every month, it shares content and tips on diversity and sustainability, keeping these topics at the forefront of the company’s daily activities.

Why are the Leagues important?
